A Super Sweet Sunny Maternity Session…

I love this mama right here so much and have missed spending time with her these last several months. With her due date fast approaching we decided to do a quick maternity photo session.

This was my first session since social distancing began. It was sweet sunny and super special. Teri Ann is not only a gorgeous mom & mom-to-be, she’s one of my best friends. She's strong, encouraging, a dreamer and ACHIEVER. She's the owner of Inhale Exhale Pilates in Elkader, IA, and is a an excellent instructor and passionate for overall health and wellness! Without a doubt, Pilates has helped her stay in shape throughout her pregnancy(s). In fact, 4 years ago we bonded when we were taking prenatal Pilates together. Then we had our girls just 3 weeks apart. We've been through so much over the last four years and she’s been such a blessing to our family! She loves our child like one of her own and we’re so excited to welcome her newest addition…. ANY DAY NOW!

I’m so glad we were able to document her adorable bump before she goes into labor! And… It sure felt great to be back behind my camera!

Most of the time my photography takes me to places significant to my client, but every now and then I'll have someone come to me for their session. BOY do I love how these photos turned out! Cannot wait to find out if the little one is a girl or boy!? Any guesses!??

I’ve felt so inspired since the day we moved to the farm… the prairie, the rolling hills, the gravel road, the old buildings, our old farmhouse have been a great backdrop for painting in my studio and photography! It’s been such a joy to make great friends and so many memories along the way!

I love how these images turned out and look forward to watching her babies grow up playing on our farm with our little girl. As I ease back into photo sessions, I would love for you to keep me in mind for your summer seniors and fall family sessions!
