I have read and agree to the terms and safety measures listed here: 1. If the session needs to be canceled due to illness, or weather, it may be rescheduled or the session may be refunded. This will be determined per session by photographer and client availability. 2. Payment is due by your session date. 3. The JWebb editing style is light, bright, and natural and editing is done at the photographer’s discretion. 4. I, JWebb Fine Art & Photography, Jillian Herrmann, retain the copyright of all of my images. Images may be used in print or online for my promotional purposes. However, please let me know if you have any concerns or privacy requests, my client's comfort is paramount. 5. If you have tested positive for COVID 19 or have been exposed in the 14 days prior to your session, please let me know so we can reschedule, and I’ll be sure to offer the same courtesy to you. 6. I, JWebb Fine Art and Photography/ Jillian Herrmann, will do everything in my ability to maintain safe distance and take measure to maintain the health of my clients. The client agrees to release any liability for illness or injury incurred during or in conjunction with a photo session by JWebb Fine Art and Photography/ Jillian Herrmann. Thank you!
